What can a life coach do for me?

As a certified life coach, I will support you in identifying and staying on your path.  By building a relationship with you, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your personal and professional goals.  To clarify, life coaching is not psychotherapy.  I work with people who are mentally healthy and want to improve some aspect of your life.  I meet you with complete acceptance and no expectations.  It is a collaborative process that is successful through trust and a willingness to see what's possible.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with me.  We set the terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans.

If you are looking for a 'magic pill', this is not the place. One on one coaching takes a commitment and dedication to yourself and to the deep work required to make life long changes. I do not have the answers, YOU DO! Let's discover them together!

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule an introductory session (click the link at the top of the page to contact me).  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together, discuss expectations, your desired outcome, and what our next steps should be from there.

"Essentially, 'mindfulness' means having a deeper awareness of what is.  Mindfulness entails being aware of our thoughts, feelings and body sensations as they arise in the present moment."
